Tartaria

The story behind Tartaria

Tartaria is named after a place that may never have existed, and that ambiguity is exactly the mood I was after.

The melody is modal and slightly unresolved, drifting over drums that stay heavy and low. Nothing in the track fully lands, on purpose.

It is one of my more mystical records, closer to ceremony than to a club night.
