The story behind Circe

Circe is about enchantment and the risk that comes with it, so I wanted something beautiful that also feels slightly unsafe.

A breathy vocal texture circles over a bassline that keeps pulling downward, and the percussion stays sparse so the tension has space.

In the Mediterranean corner of organic house this is my favourite kind of track, warm on the surface, uneasy underneath.
