The story behind Rails

Rails is about repetition as comfort, the sound of a long train ride where the rhythm under you replaces thinking.

I built the groove from a metallic loop and let it run almost untouched, adding percussion in small steps instead of big drops.

It sits closer to the deeper, more mechanical edge of organic house, though the melodic parts keep it human.
