The story behind Duende (Bonama Remix)

Handing Duende to Bonama was easy. I knew he would find the version of it I could not hear myself.

He kept the emotional core and rebuilt the rhythm section into something tougher and more hypnotic, pushing the record closer to afro house.

It is one of my favourite remixes of my own work, because it made the original feel new to me again.
